You know a turbo, you put your rear wheel on a stand. When you pedal the wheel spins causing the turbine to spin, creating wind resistance thus wind
loader.....

Got you, thanks for the explanation. Down here in Florida we call them resistance trainers, or just trainers. I have one that I use for my roadbikes, and my
wife's Trail, and my Expedition. In order to put a small wheel (20 inch) I had to buy an adapter to make the resistance unit get to the tire. Mine is
made by CycleOps.
