Mark was very helpful with setting up the delivery schedule, etc. When my Tucson bud, Justin, got his black 700, I was jealous... right away! His experience with the trike opened my eyes to a new kind of ride. He's so fast on the thing that I haven't been able to ride with him much. That's all about to change! Mark said that it looks like my unit will ship on the 6th. After I get it, I'll finish the Cricket tail fairing designed to fit it and post ride photos. This is going to be GREAT! After the 700, the Expedition's will happen really fast due to the mere need to adjust angle and depth. Thanks for the comment. Jeff

Here's a question: Will the front fairing be of sufficiently thick, hard material to mount lights, if desired? I am a commuter, and I am always on the lookout for points far enough forward not to light up the fairing and my revolving feet. For now, my lights are on the Windwrap fairing mount. Too far rearward to prevent lighting up the fairing...and everything else.

Posts: 5 (02/27/09 07:15:00) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Thanks for the Qs. I anticipate the rear fairing being done and ready for production at the end of March. The front fairing will be ready at the end of April. I will have exact weights as I pull a part out of the mold. I expect that the rear fairing will weigh around 8-10 lbs. The front fairing will have a rigid band around the top of the fiberglass to have the clear plastic mounted well. There will also be a rigid band at the base and hooping across the center of the nose. It will be easy to mount headlight mounts to it using adhesive and/or bolt/nut. You will be able to have a headlight on the forward side of the fairing, eliminating any chance of light 'bounce-back'. Jeff

They said that my timing was perfect as the new Sport seats for the 700 arrived just before they shipped mine out. They said that my 700 is the first to go out with the seat. Very cool. So from what I read in your last post do the new 700's have the new seats? That's would be cool! I'm anxiously awaiting the 700's arrival!!!

I would assume so, but a call to Catrike would confirm. These guys at Catrike have their act together. What a great company and service they have. Top notch. Jeff
